Ha--were you on the lastest "list"? Somewhere down below this thread I think...it basically came down to "if you piss me off, you'll be classified as one by me (substitute any poster for "me")". Or something like that...

Hey now--sorry for always forgetting, but you are UK, right? Or is it the Emerald Isle (note the "o" above, and my catholic upbringing showing thru)? Seem to recall some connection on this front...

Yep, I am sure no one here has a problem with you...and though we both agree with the "Golden Rule" approach to Forum Behavior, I find I am always explaining myself to trolls and newcomers ("why don't you hate Rob/Cliff/Dire, Mr Tell! They said something nasty to me!")...the fact is, no matter what these, and some other (not all), posters say, they have proven they are valued members here at the Forum, TO ME ALONE (ie, that's why I said it was "personal") many, many times by their kindess toward me and OTHER posters (ie, it's not just that they "paid me off" with CDs or some such...though checks and money orders are accepted), and with informative posts on the DEAD.

So, if there' a little tussling now and again, I just ain't gonna jump on the wagon to lay some trip on them as to "proper behavior"...I mean, what if LiA suddenly got mad at me and said this or that about me really pissed him off, and even used foul language--I doubt any of you would suddenly term him a troll or stop interacting with him...he's done too much good around here. Just an example, NOT an analogy.

Me???!!!... Say something nasty to someone?? hard to believe i can be accused of that. I shower nothing but sugar and spice, and everything nice upon those that post here.

oh, wait a minute... there was that one time...

(p.s. thanks for having my back WT - i havent been here much lately to loudly defend myself with vitriol and over-the-top hubris)
